Meet OCUS Alum, Nina: Discover her Life-changing Adventure with Le cercle des fondateurs

Reading Time: 3 minutes
What is Le cercle des fondateurs?
After founding Allez les femmes!, a feminine collective that I started earlier this year, I found myself surrounded by an incredible group of young founders all to change our lives and the lives of others. We were all working with the same suppliers so we decided to band together. Two of my partners founded Le cercle des fondateurs, a hybrid movement of different entrepreneurs who share a common vision of creating impacts on people’s lives. Then I decided to join this movement through my own project, Allez les femmes! With the hope of bringing more women to participate.
The concept is simple: to change your life in 100 days!
In these 100 days, our participants will not give themselves a choice. They will invest themselves - in their entrepreneurial project as if their life depended on it. If it doesn't work, they will learn, they will step out of their comfort zone and they will have gotten closer to their goals because whatever it is:
"Failure is not the opposite of success but well the first step!”
If it works, it would have taken 100 days to build a stable business allowing our participants to generate 1000€ more per month, contribute from the inside to a team project, and develop themselves personally!
In 3 sentences describe how it all works?
- Helping people optimize their natural health to have a healthier and more active lifestyle
- Train women to be independent entrepreneurs in this business model.
- Work as a team to organize Le cercle des fondateurs seminar in October 2022.
What inspired this program?
At first, our main inspiration was finding people who share the same vision and are interested in doing the same thing as us. This is fast-paced, since the project will only last for 3 months, it takes a certain kind of person who is looking for a radical change. Our goal is to impact people’s lives and well-being by helping them create great jobs to optimize their quality of life and finances. Here we create entrepreneurship opportunities where our participants work in partnership with well-positioned suppliers worldwide in the well-being field.
Who is this program for?
This program is aimed at people over 18 who want to improve their quality of life, earn more money, gain some skills, or spread their network. It's for people who want to make a change in their lives. As women, we’re primarily interested in helping other women but anyone who wants to impact their life is welcome.

Why did you feel like they were an important demographic to target?
When you start listening to people, you realize that 99,9% of the population is not happy with their job and is looking for something different. So, our job is to let them know that this something is out there - there is a solution to help them work differently. We’re all looking for something but most of the time we don't know what exactly that is.
Since the inception of the project, what’s the progress thus far? And what is your target for the 100-day plan?
I have been talking to a lot of people about the project and introducing this challenge. It will start in June, and we have three months to find people willing to jump on the challenge. In October, we are organizing a seminar about personal development and its role in the business industry in the 21st century. All the money generated from this event will be given to Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, a charity that helps children with heart defects from underprivileged countries to get treatment in France…that’s the ultimate goal!
What challenges did you face starting this program?
I would say the trust of people. In France, it’s difficult to approach people with something they’ve never heard about. When you talk about it on social networks, people tend to be super defensive. So, I think it is the biggest challenge so far is to gain people's trust and make them understand our project.
How did your experience at OCUS contribute to the creation of this program?
First, OCUS gave me the network and a couple of OCUS people are venturing into allez les femmes. Beyond that, OCUS gave me a taste of a challenge. Before my time there I was not someone who enjoyed taking on a challenge and I grew up a lot after two and a half years with the company. I am a different person than I was my first day - more strength and confidence.
What does the future of Le cercle des fondateurs look like?
I hope to have a super-strong team full of wonderful women coming from all over the world. I want to make a positive impact in people’s lives, and I am looking for people who are also looking for me to change their lives. Hopefully, I can find these people and help them achieve what they are looking for.
